About the Opportunity

- Support sales enablement through the execution of work orders and processing of completed sales transactions.
- Ensure sales managed account work orders are processed in a timely manner with attention to detail. Including but not limited to:
- Subscription Plan setup and corrections.
- Billing: One-Time charges, refunds, and credits.
- Payment processing fee updates.
- Partner services charges: Bookkeeping, Data Migrations, Payroll, etc.
- Partner with internal teams to help solve for ‘nuanced’ or ‘special case’ work orders.
- Become proficient in all required sales managed billing and support systems.
- Identify and support building business cases to automate any billing related processes with the goal of improving operations.
- Deliver activity reporting, relative to managed accounts on a per-month basis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Support teams on any change management activity and issue resolution, including: system testing, bug identification, error escalation, and documentation corrections.

About You

- 2+ years’ experience with a Billing system, such as Zuora, Salesforce, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing.
- Experience with subscription-based billing, pro-ration
- Strong communication skills

Pay Range
$30 - $33 per hour
