The Role We're looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee projects from contract to completion. You'll coordinate field crews, project managers, designers, suppliers, and finance to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, logistics, budgets, and timelines Work closely with project managers, designers, and crews Support permits and project documentation Communicate with finance regarding invoicing and payments Prepare reports, forecasts, and track KPIs Assist with estimating and budgeting Solve problems quickly and improve operational efficiency Requirements 2+ years of operations,
