I am seeking someone who is good at doing all kinds of renovations at a house i have located about 1.5 hours outside of Sudbury. I obviously would consider the gas and travel time but i am looking for someone who does this on the side and does not charges fairly on jobs and not gouge we've seen too much of this already anyway pricing would be settled before jobs are done. These jobs are smaller for example (small deck in the back), putting in a floor , putting in a shower things like this. If the person does not have a vehicle i would provide the ride and food and such for the days it takes to finish the job.



Must have excellent references to contact and although it is not a rush to get everything done at once i would like to find someone who actually has the time to do one job and finish it. Very easy to get along with owner and i also have references of workers from the past who've helped me.
