Job description Extremely busy Commercial Fitness Company is looking for Service & Delivery Technicians Job Description • Perform a broad range of service and repairs on cardio and strength equipment including diagnostics, removal, troubleshooting, installs, deliveries, and preventative maintenance in a timely, professional and safe manner • Accurately documenting service, preventative maintenance completed, and time sheets • Provide the highest level of customer service Our Ideal Candidate • Fitness equipment repair experience is strongly preferred but we will train the right candidate • Strong troubleshooting skills, technical and mechanical ability • Strong time management skills, prioritization and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and unsupervised • Physically healthy,



strong and energetic • Ability to interact positively with customers and sales and service team members • Willingness and ability to learn on the job training • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and through email • Proficient in receiving and sending emails, using the internet, and basic template forms • Must have clean drivers record, and ability to obtain a criminal record check. • Have a valid Canadian passport or ability to get one. • Smart Phone required • Supply own basic tools. We supply specialized tools. Rate of Pay • Hourly pay rate will depend on experience and ability. (20.00 - 30.00) • Service Team Commission • References required • Job Type: Full time • Benefits offered after 3 months. • Typical hours are 8am – 4pm, Mon – Fri. Candidate MUST be able to be adaptable as required.
