Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Painter to join our dynamic team. As a Painter with us, you will play a key role in bringing spaces to life, whether through interior and exterior painting, staining, or restoring existing finishes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of painting projects, including residential, commercial, and outdoor surfaces such as fences and porches.

Key Responsibilities

- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, patch, and prep surfaces as needed to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability.
- Painting & Finishing: Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to meet client expectations.
- Restoration & Maintenance: Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
- Project Coordination: Read and interpret daily planners and schematics to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Residential & Commercial Projects: Work on diverse painting projects in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the team.
- Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools and painting equipment effectively for a range of tasks,



including drywall work and surface preparation.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Technical Reading: Ability to understand and interpret project plans, schematics, and daily schedules to ensure accurate and effective execution.
- Experience: While experience in painting is beneficial, we are open to training motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working well both independently and within a team setting.
- Respectful & Professional: A respectful attitude towards colleagues, clients, and the work environment is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
