Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to engage with PLUS SIZE customers effectively.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate an eye for fashion through engaging product demos.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products.
- Handle cash/debit/credit transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring items are well-hung, organized and displayed appropriatel.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking racks and managing inventory.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Tailor/Sewing experience preferred.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales/consignment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cashiering responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to showcase features and advantages.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
