*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. *Duties* - Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. - Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas. - Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. - Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning. - Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.



*Qualifications* - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage but not required. - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Basic knowledge of safety practices related to construction or industrial work is a plus. - Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
