We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Head Waiter to join a dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate dining room service during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Greet guests, manage seating, and oversee table flow
- Support and guide servers throughout service
- Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations professionally
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained
- Assist with closing duties and shift organization

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar head waiter or senior server role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership ability and confidence in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused attitude
- Bilingual
