- Manage guest lists, reservations, and VIP bookings efficiently
- Coordinate with security and management to control venue capacity and entry flow
- Escort VIP guests and booth clients to their designated areas
- Provide accurate information about events, promotions, and pricing
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain clear communication with servers, bartenders, and security staff
- Ensure lineups are organized and wait times are communicated clearly
- Uphold the venue’s image, standards, and dress code policies
- Assist in promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the night
