- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM | $18.83/hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Associate, reliable and detail-oriented and willing to do lifting up to 50lbs on daily basis to join our warehouse team in Mississauga. In this role, you will verify, label, and mobilize CO₂ cylinders throughout the facility, as well as operate stretch-wrap and baling equipment. This position is key to maintaining product quality, accurate inventory counts, and safe handling standards across our warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify the accuracy and quality of CO₂ cylinders against company standards.
- Label products accurately according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Mobilize and organize cylinders with a weight up to 50 lbs within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Operate stretch-wrap and baling equipment for storage and shipping.
- Interpret operating instructions, safety rules, and related documentation.
- Track and reconcile cylinder counts accurately across multiple orders and shifts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures at all times.




- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized warehouse operation.

What You Need to Qualify

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or similar role
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail, especially in counting and product verification
- Availability Monday to Friday morning or afternoon shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with order processing or inventory management systems
- Ability to calculate and reconcile numerical values (units received, dispatch targets, running totals)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple orders at once
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Required Before Starting

- Valid work perimt to work in Canada
- Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps (certificate required)
- Safety footwear mandatory on the job
