Responsibilities and Duties

- Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to high standards.
- Complete service and installations on schedule to meet revenue and billable-hour goals.
- Manage materials and report deficiencies early to the Project Manager for smooth progress.
- Mentor and guide on-site apprentices to maintain quality and team dynamics.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management, complete job documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Safely operate tools and equipment while complying with building codes and health regulations.

Qualifications

- Must possess a minimum of a G2 gas license.




- A valid 313D or 313A license or a 5th-year apprentice standing.
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, including power and manual tool proficiency.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills.
