Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using technical skills and tools, then execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to disassemble, repair, or replace equipment components.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in installation of new equipment or systems, following safety protocols and technical specifications.




- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve urgent issues that could disrupt operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Experience

- Experience in maintenance or a similar technical role an advantage
- Sound mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot diverse systems confidently.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring devices.
- Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for accurate repairs and installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Prior experience working in safety-conscious environments is preferred but not mandatory.
