Brainhunter is currently seeking the services of a “Project Manager” for a contract opportunity with one of our Valued Clients.

Project Background: Our Client is exploring the use of existing infrastructure at the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station (PLNGS) to enable medical isotope irradiation as a potential recent revenue stream. The initiative is aligned with NB Power's Energizing Our Future Strategic Plan through asset optimization, partnership-based delivery, and development of new revenue opportunities outside the core electricity business. The project is currently in the exploratory and planning phase, focused on establishing governance, refining the business and partnership model, engaging key stakeholders, advancing regulatory planning, and developing a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) process to identify a strategic partner capable of delivering downstream isotope production and commercialization. Provide project management leadership and coordination for the Isotope Initiative through early project development, partner selection, and regulatory planning phases

Key responsibilities and deliverables includ

e:• Develop and maintain the overall project management plan, schedule, governance framework, and reporting processe

s.• Coordinate project activities across Business Development, PLNGS Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Communications, and external stakeholder

s.• Support the development and execution of the project governance model, including preparation of materials for SEOC, Transformer 1, Investment Management, and emerging Major Projects governance review

s.• Lead planning and execution of the REOI process, including stakeholder engagement, evaluation framework development,



procurement coordination, and partner selection activitie

s.• Manage risks, issues, decisions, action items, and project documentatio

n.• Support negotiation and execution of a partnership agreement with the preferred proponen
