Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Stay informed about new products and technology trends to effectively communicate with customers.




- Ready to do cleaning, lifting and physical jobs

Qualifications

- Previous one year experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others succeed in finding the right products for their needs.
