Insynco is a virtual naturopathic clinic serving patients across Ontario. We built the clinic from the ground up to solve a specific problem: brilliant NDs spending more time running a business than practicing medicine. We handle the technology, marketing, patient flow, lab coordination, intake, scheduling, and admin. Our NDs focus on one thing: patient care.

Who we are looking for





Experienced or new NDs who want to focus on clinical work and build long-term patient relationships. You are:

- Organized and self-directed. You manage your own calendar, keep thorough chart notes, and follow up with patients proactively.
- Comfortable with virtual care tools and EMR systems. We use Jane App.
- Open to collaboration. Our clinical team meets periodically to discuss cases and share approaches.
- Interested in helping refine how we deliver care. Your input on protocols, workflows, and patient experience matters here.

The role

- Deliver virtual consultations via our practice platform.
- Build personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate chart notes in Jane App.
- Manage patient communications between visits via email.
- Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner on lab coordination and complex cases.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and patient experience.

Requirements

- Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), in good standing.
- Minimum availability: 16 hours per week for patient appointments, scheduled at your discretion.
- Current malpractice insurance.
- Professional, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet and HD webcam.

Nice to have

- Prescribing license.
- 2+ years of private practice or telemedicine experience.
- Demonstrated patient retention track record.

Pay: $41,076.77-$138,492.09 per year
