Project Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction projects from planning through successful completion.

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

- Oversee site progress while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Prepare and present project updates, forecasts, and progress reports.

- Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage procurement activities.

- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain schedules and deliverables.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to site teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3-5 years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.

- Robust understanding of construction practices, contracts,



building codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.

- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms.

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

- Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
