Bakery Packer - Scarborough

The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Bakery Packer on behalf of one of our employer partners.

Our employer partner is currently looking for a hardworking and dependable Bakery Packer to support daily operations. It’s a great chance for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.

Start Date: ASAP

Shifts: Day / Afternoon / Night

Pay Rate: $17.60/hr + $1/hr for night shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembly tasks for different bakery products.
- Ability to perform high-repetition tasks while standing for the entire shift.
- Available for rotating shifts to support 24/6 or multi-cycle production for the new product launch.
- Fast-paced industrial bakery setting requiring high mental focus and precise muscle memory.
- Working in a cool production environment (about 10°C).
- Required Qualifications:
- Safety shoes are required.
- Not allergic to peanut.
