Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer Licence and a minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience. The successful candidate will be committed to producing high-quality repairs while working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Duties
- Perform collision repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement using hand and power tools.
- Assess vehicle damage and complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components safely and efficiently.
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including sanding, filling, and surface preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Collaborate with estimators, painters,
and fellow technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer License (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$100,000–$200,000 per year, or piecework compensation based on completed work.
