Kinesiologist – Lower Limb Rehabilitation & Active Care (Part-Time)

About Us

Metrotown Active Health is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in the heart of Metrotown, Burnaby. We're building one of British Columbia's leading lower limb and foot health programs by bringing together physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, foot care nursing, kinesiology, orthotics, compression therapy, and advanced conservative nail care through our affiliated company, NailLift Canada.

We're looking for a motivated Kinesiologist who enjoys active rehabilitation and wants to grow alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a part-time Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people move better and stay active.

This role will work closely with our Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Foot Care Nurses, and physicians to help patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Clinical interests may include:

- Active rehabilitation
- Foot and ankle conditions
- Knee and hip rehabilitation
- Balance and fall prevention
- Running and walking mechanics
- Gait assessment
- Sports injuries
- Exercise prescription
- Mobility and functional movement

As the clinic grows, there is opportunity to expand your schedule and help shape our lower limb rehabilitation program.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is a Registered Kinesiologist in British Columbia.
- Provides excellent patient-centred care.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to build a practice.
- Has an interest in lower limb rehabilitation and movement-based care.
- Communicates professionally with patients and colleagues.

Japanese language skills are considered an asset but are not required.

Position Details

- Part time contractor position
- Opportunity to expand as patient demand grows
- Evening and/or Saturday availability is an asset
