Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, along with a strong focus on food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations related to food handling and service

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; hospitality background is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
- Upselling techniques to promote menu items and enhance guest experience
- Basic understanding of the food industry trends, serving etiquette, and guest services principles
