- A Dental Administrative Receptionist Certificate OR previous dental reception experience is required.
- Applicants without dental education or dental reception experience will not be considered.
- Saturday availability is mandatory.
Schedule
- 3 days per week
- Saturday 9-5:30pm, Sunday 11-6pm and Monday 930am - 630pm
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and treatment schedules
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a positive and organized front desk setting
Qualifications
- Dental Administrative Receptionist Certificate OR previous dental reception experience
- New graduates from a Dental Administrative Receptionist program are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Experience with Tracker or other dental software is an asset
