Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing and detail oriented individual to capture images for passport & other related photo types.

Duties

- Tending to and evaluating guest requests, concerns and complaints

- Keeping track of inventory/supplies and reordering as needed

- Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and performing upkeep tasks

- Applying knowledge of photograph sizing requirements for various photo types

- Implementing proper pricing as outlined in photo studio policies

- Performing photography tasks including capturing, printing and distributing photographs for each guest

- Maintaining a baseline level of cleanliness in the studio

Requirements

- Proven experience with customer service and operation of technical equipment




- Proficiency in cash handling via POS system
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting imperfection
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Basic understanding of store operations and customer service principles.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work during outlined business hours.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
