Marketing Coordinator & Outreach Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator & Outreach Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives while building robust relationships with clients, partners, and the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and networking, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement. The individual will also help to grow our client base by reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This heavily focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, enjoys following structured processes, and isn't discouraged by rejection. Success in this role comes from consistency, organization, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage and update website content, blogs, and landing pages.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Coordinate promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, partners, and community organizations.
Coordinate networking events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Assist with lead generation and CRM management.
Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships with prospects.




Conduct high-volume cold outreach to small and medium-sized businesses.
Make outbound phone calls to introduce our marketing services.
Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn connection requests.
Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints.
Research and identify qualified business leads.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
Update prospect databases and contact lists.
Track outreach performance and daily activity metrics.
Follow established scripts while adapting conversations naturally.
Complete repetitive administrative and prospecting tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of marketing, communications, or outreach experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with CRM systems is an asset.

Familiarity with:
Google Analytics
LinkedIn
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
WordPress or other CMS platforms
Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
