We are looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused front-of-house staff to join our team and represent our brand. As a key part of our team, you’ll be the face of Barcelos, ensuring each guest feels welcome and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include managing the POS system, taking orders, serving delicious food to our guests, and ensuring customer needs are met with warmth and professionalism. We’re looking for team members who are sociable, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring each dish meets our quality standards
- Address customer needs promptly and professionally to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area
- Be able to help in the kitchen when needed
- Help in social media marketing
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
