Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative with Coast Mountain Roof Ltd., your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, offer tailored roofing solutions, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing. Your contributions will help us expand our reach and continue delivering top-tier roofing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both commercial and residential roofing markets.
- Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific roofing needs, and presenting customized solutions.
- Work closely with estimators and project managers to prepare and present accurate proposals.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.




- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by developing a strong pipeline through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Utilize CRM tools (Pipedrive, RoofR, or similar) to track client interactions and manage sales opportunities.
- Represent Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- At least 2 years of experience in sales (preferably within construction, roofing, or building materials industries).
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to prospect, close deals, and manage accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales activities.
- A valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation

- Base Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 + Commission
- First-Year Earning Potential: $90,000 - $115,000
- Second-Year Earning Potential: $85,000 - $160,000
