The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brand Representative. We envision this candidate to be a brand ambassador who will represent High Street Maison at on-site demos, merchandising, and occasional pop-ups with partners in the greater Toronto area. The ideal candidate will have a health or skincare background, experience executing in office demos, and strong customer service and sales skills.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the health and wellness industry in addition to hands-on experience in a customer-facing role. A passion for sales and a holistic, natural lifestyle is a bonus!

Working closely with the head office based out of Calgary, the Brand Representative will rely on their communication skills and creativity to create a vibrant and memorable experience, introducing our curated portfolio of clean, organic brands to customers at our existing retailers in the GTA.

Responsibilities

- Execution of product demos for our retail partners in the GTA
- Act as the liaison between retail stores and the High Street Maison team
- Maintain promotional signage, marketing materials, and on-shelf merchandising
- Communicate and educate customers on the story, values, and product lines of the brands we represent
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, often working independently on the floor

Note that the candidate will be expected to provide their own transportation to reach various retailers (4 hours per shift). Currently, we are expecting 5–10 shifts per month at mutually agreed times, which may include some evenings or weekends.

Ideal Qualifications

- 1+ years in a sales, brand ambassador, or promotional/demo representative role
- Experience in skincare is an asset
- Outgoing, warm,



and approachable - able to confidently engage and connect with new people
- A natural storyteller who can communicate a brand's values and "why" in an authentic, relatable way
- Genuine interest in clean beauty, organic skincare, and holistic wellness — passion for the industry is something our customers can feel
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections gracefully, without being pushy
- Punctual, reliable, and self-managed — able to represent the brands professionally without direct supervision
- Comfortable working on their feet and organized with materials, samples, and any required reporting
- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to read a customer's interest level and adapt accordingly
- Reliable personal transportation to reach retail location across the GTA
