appointment requests, and patient communications effectively.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure all patient information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Verify insurance details, process claims, and handle billing inquiries to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence related to the dental office operations.
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient flow and ensure timely appointment scheduling while providing exceptional customer service.
