Tuc's Contracting is currently seeking positive, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanics (HET or Truck & Transport).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Interprovincial Journeyman Certificate (Red Seal) in Heavy Equipment Technician or Truck and Transport Mechanic
- Experience in maintaining and repairing highway tractors is considered a strong asset
- Alberta Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) Licence is considered an asset
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork

Responsibilities

- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on highway tractors and other fleet equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical,



and pneumatic systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Participate in shift work, including night shifts
