We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to meet high-quality dealership standards.

Responsibilities & Experience Required

The successful candidate should have experience with:

- Buffing and polishing to restore paint finish
- Waxing, paint protection, and ceramic coating preparation
- Paint decontamination (clay bar treatment) and surface preparation
- Minor paint touch-ups and surface corrections
- Interior shampooing, steam cleaning, stain removal, and odor treatment
- Dismantling and reinstalling seats, trim panels, and interior components for deep cleaning
- Engine bay detailing and cleaning
- Proper use and maintenance of polishers, buffers, extractors, steam cleaners, and other professional detailing equipment
- Safe handling, mixing, dilution, and application of professional detailing chemicals and cleaning products
- Identifying the correct chemical and product for different vehicle surfaces to avoid damage
- Performing final quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area




- Working efficiently while consistently delivering dealership-quality results

Training on our specific chemical products, safety procedures, and detailing processes will be provided.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong knowledge of professional detailing chemicals, equipment, and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and positive team player with a strong work ethic
