Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Labourer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position reports to the Foreman or the Supervisor on site.

Duties

- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow and complete the company's safety practices, paperwork and procedures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Operate a trench packer, plate tamper, jumping jack, and rock truck.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Experience

- Previous experience in construction, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labour for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
