Duties

- Provide information about services, events, or activities offered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest area
- Support guests during their visit, including helping with special needs or requests
- Engage with children and families to ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed
- Promote upcoming events or programs to enhance guest engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Complete and follow all IHG brand standards and training to provide a memorable experience for all guests
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain qualified and composed in busy environments
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team or independently as needed
