Procurement / Sales Administration Representative

A growing technology solutions organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement / Sales Administration Representative to support day-to-day sales operations and procurement activities from its Montreal office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys keeping operations organized behind the scenes, and takes pride in supporting sales teams with accuracy, responsiveness, and solid communication.

What You'll Do

- Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently

- Support Account Executives with day-to-day sales administration activities

- Coordinate with vendors and distributors regarding pricing, availability, tracking, and order updates

- Assist with quote revisions, procurement follow-ups, and order management

- Maintain CRM and sales documentation accuracy

- Support customer communication related to orders and logistics

- Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams

- Assist leadership with reporting and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in procurement, sales administration, inside sales, or order processing

- Fully bilingual in French and English

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as HubSpot, ChannelOnline, or similar platforms is an asset

- Experience within IT, VAR, distribution, or technology environments considered a strong advantage

Preferred Background

- Experience supporting a sales organization or operations team

- Familiarity with distributors such as Ingram, TD SYNNEX, or D&H;

- Understanding of procurement and logistics coordination

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
