COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Competitive wage: $18.00-$29.00/hour
- 2 weeks of vacation time upon hire

SCHEDULE

- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

DUTIES

- Assemble and manufacture prefabricated exterior facade panels in a workshop environment
- Measure, cut, and install materials according to shop drawings and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Install framing, sheathing, insulation, membranes, and other exterior wall components
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and production instructions




- Maintain quality standards and ensure panels are built accurately and consistently
- Prepare completed panels for shipping and loading onto transport trucks
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules
- Report material shortages, defects, or production issues to management
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

REQUIREMENTS

- No prior job experience required
- Safety equipment (steel-toe shoes, etc.)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, manufacturing environment, loud noises, dust
