Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Clinical Foot and Nail Care Specialist to provide exceptional foot and nail treatments in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to sanitation, and expertise in nail care. This role offers an opportunity to help clients improve their foot health while delivering a relaxing and hygienic experience. The position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting overall wellness through specialized foot and nail care services.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive foot and nail assessments to identify client needs and conditions
- Provide professional foot care including trimming, filing, and shaping nails, as well as callus removal and skin exfoliation
- Conduct body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring proper hygiene and safety protocols
- Educate clients on foot health, proper hygiene, and maintenance routines
- Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance foot health or personal care routines
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and work areas after each client




- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client concerns effectively
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales with professionalism

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care, body waxing, or related personal care services preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a clinical or spa environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about foot health and available treatments
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products that support foot wellness
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a quick-paced setting
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor committed to client satisfaction

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
