Office Administrator & Immigration Case Worker
Torque Immigration Inc. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Administrator & Immigration Case Worker to join our growing team. This role combines office administration with Canadian immigration case processing. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and manage Canadian immigration files from start to finish.
- Assist with applications including:
- Permanent Residence (PR)
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
- Spousal Sponsorship
- Super visa
- LMIA-Based Work Permits
- RNIP
- Visitor Visas
- Study Permits
- Open Work Permits
- Other immigration applications
- Review and organize client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized digital and physical client files.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
- Draft forms, support letters, and other immigration-related documents.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Perform general office administration duties including filing, scanning, printing, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Canadian immigration case processing (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration programs and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
- Qualified attitude with excellent client service skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
