Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Comply with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.




- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
