General: This position reports directly to the Controller and indirectly to the Vice President Operations
Valiant is a large property management company located in the Durham Region. We own and manage all of our residential, commercial and storage sites. This is a permanent full-time position.
Must be able to enter high volumes of data accurately and in a timely fashion. Must have at least 5 years experience with Accounts Receivable, coding payments, processing large amounts of data, monthly accounting reports, fast paced data entry
Must be very accurate in a quick paced environment
excellent knowledge of excel and experience with formula, pivot tables, etc.
Experience working with Yardi Voyager software a definite asset
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
