The Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. This role will primarily support our lead machinist and focus on operating and maintaining productivity across two milling machines.

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is confident in their abilities, takes pride in their work, and works well as part of a small, team-oriented team.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
- Maintain tight tolerances and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools
- Assist with basic program edits and troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area




- Follow all shop safety procedures

Qualifications

- Previous CNC milling preferred
- Ability to work independently while also taking direction from a lead machinist
- Strong understanding of tolerances and quality inspection methods
- Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Mazak, or similar) is an asset
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
