Clean & Tidy is a certified living working wage employer and will continue to increase wages to be well above the living working wage. Our wages will be going up again in November.

Compensation:

- Starting Wage: $21 per hour
- Supervisors: $24 per hour
- All employees have the chance to work towards a raise (up to $23 per hour) – raises are given based on overall work performance (standards and speed), attitude, professionalism, attendance etc.
- Employees receive a gas allowance of $3.50 for coming to the office once per week to pick up supplies or client keys and for any second home they go to in the same day

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail
- Motivated
- Driven
- Passion for cleaning and/or organization
- Can work on your own and in a team setting
- MUST have your own car and license
- Enjoys a physical job - requires standing for long periods and bending quite a bit
- Interested in working Monday - Friday with fluctuating hours between 8 - 5
- Looking for long term employment
- Due to the hours of operation students would unfortunately not be the best fit
