Overview
We are seeking a energetic and motivated Fitness Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health, fitness, and business development, with a strong focus on building client relationships and expanding our market presence. The Fitness Consultant will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our fitness programs through effective outside sales strategies. Duties

- Conduct outside sales efforts to attract new clients and retain existing members
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach
- Manage client accounts, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and membership packages to meet client needs while achieving sales targets
- Utilize marketing techniques to promote fitness programs and services effectively
- Leverage technology sales tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches and improve service offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering fitness advice, and guiding clients through program options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends,



competitor activities, and new fitness products or services
- Cleaning duties

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management within the health, fitness, or technology sectors preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise with a track record of expanding client bases
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred) for broader client engagement
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar technology sales tools
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude and a proactive approach to client engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
