Budget Car & Truck Rental is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance & Administration Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process rental authorizations with insurance companies.
- Prepare and process rental invoices for insurance companies and repair facilities.
- Coordinate rental extensions with insurance adjusters and repair shops.
- Maintain accurate rental documentation and administrative records.
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the rental location and management team.
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day office and operational administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Experience in the automotive, insurance, or vehicle rental industry is an asset but not required.
