Looking to hire Textile Filler Machinery Mechanic and Repairer especially Duvet and Comforter.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on textile machinery, including looms, spinning machines, dyeing equipment, and other related systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues .
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including working with industrial electricians and adhering to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation to execute repairs effectively.
- Use analysis skills to forecast potential issues and recommend improvements for machinery reliability.
- Support customer service initiatives by ensuring machinery operates at peak performance levels for internal clients.

Experience





- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on textile Filler machinery for Pillow , Duvet & Comforter.
- Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, especially in low voltage systems.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures related to electrical work and machinery repair.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing for documentation purposes.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:

- Filler Machine ( Duvet / Pillow / Comforter): 3 years (required)
- Mechanic Experience in Textile Machineries: 3 years (required)
