What You’ll Do

- Cook chicken fillets according to Poulet Rouge standards and procedures
- Ensure each fillet is properly cooked, served hot, and meets quality expectations
- Apply sauces accurately and maintain proper portion control
- Maintain a consistent production pace to support fast and efficient service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, especially when handling raw chicken
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
