This is a unionized, full-time position in a fast-paced production environment ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working with tools, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Worker, you’ll support various departments across our plant, including fabrication, landings, stairs, patching, woodworking, and yard operations. Your responsibilities may include:

- Preparing, cleaning, oiling, setting up, and dismantling concrete forms
- Measuring, assembling, and pouring concrete into molds
- Bending and tying reinforcing steel (rebar)
- Grinding, finishing, patching, and inspecting concrete products
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products
- Operating cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment (training provided)
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, motivated team players who are willing to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Experience in manufacturing, production, pre-cast concrete, or construction (an asset)
- Experience in drywall, finishing, flooring, framing, painting, or other construction related field (an asset)
- Comfort using hand and power tools and reading a tape measure
- Ability to read drawings or blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive labour
- Reliable transportation

Hours & Work Environment

- Day shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime may be required in evenings or on weekends




- Work takes place in a production facility with exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and heavy equipment
- $25.30 to start, going up to $27.15 upon completion of probation
- Benefits (upon completion of probation) and Pension (after 2 years of service)
