Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Receiver and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient receipt, processing, and management of incoming inventory, as well as maintaining accurate data records. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting retail operations, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. This position offers an excellent prospect to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment while developing skills in warehouse management systems and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase order.
- Accurately enter data into POS management systems , including inventory updates and shipment details
- Manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support retail distribution activities by organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipment pricing.

Experience:

- Prior experience in retail operations, receiving,



and retail distribution is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to load & unload shipments safely and efficiently
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary, ability to do stairs is required.
- previous retail experience in Drug store / fashion and gift is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
