We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrator to support our team and help streamline our operations.Position Overview:
As a Plumbing Company Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting the plumbing team. You will be responsible for maintaining communication between clients, vendors, and employees, managing schedules, and ensuring that all paperwork and documentation are in order.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain schedules for plumbing jobs, including appointments, project timelines, and technician availability
- Prepare and process invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable, and assist with payroll
- Maintain accurate records, including work orders, job reports, and inventory tracking
- Support the team with materials ordering, vendor communications, and tracking deliveries
- Assist in managing customer complaints, queries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare reports and maintain an organized filing system for business documents




- Assist with social media and marketing campaigns when needed
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling mail
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and company policies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role (experience in a construction or plumbing-related field is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and staff effectively
- Knowledge of invoicing, payroll, and other basic financial management tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving abilities and customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in business administration is a plus)
