About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate our HVAC team and keep jobs — and inventory — running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our admin team, technicians, and customers to make sure every appointment has what it needs, every tech knows where to be, and every customer stays in the loop.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch technicians for installs, and emergency requests

Order parts and materials needed for upcoming and same-day jobs

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory/stock levels; flag reorder needs before they become a problem

Confirm each technician has the parts and equipment needed for their appointments

Monitor technician locations and job progress throughout the day

Reschedule appointments as needed and keep customers updated on tech ETAs/whereabouts

Prioritize and reroute jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability

Maintain accurate records in dispatch/scheduling software





Coordinate with the front-desk admin team on scheduling changes and customer needs

Requirements

1+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or inventory/logistics experience (field service industry a plus)

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Comfortable managing vendor orders and tracking stock

Clear, professional communication with customers and techs

Comfortable with dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and basic computer systems

Calm under pressure, especially when plans change last-minute

Ability to work 40 hours per week
