We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CNC Machinist to join our client's manufacturing team in St. Thomas, ON region.

Pay - Up to $90K

Shift - Days

Responsibilities:

- Set up and optimize CNC machines, including CNC lathes, for production, changeovers, trials, and new product launches.

- Install, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, chucks, clamping systems, and other machine components to ensure safe and efficient operation.

- Diagnose and resolve machine, tooling, process, and quality issues while working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to minimize downtime.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, tooling improvements, and adherence to quality and safety standards.





- Assist with CNC program validation, setup documentation, work instructions, and other production-related activities as required.

Requirement:

- Technical diploma, apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent CNC machining experience preferred.

- 10+ years of CNC machining experience, including extensive CNC lathe setup and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, fixtures, hydraulic clamping systems, machine setup, and process optimization.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and quality issues in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
