We are seeking a dedicated Child and Youth Care Worker to support children and young individuals in a nurturing and structured environment. - Monitor behavior and intervene appropriately to promote positive interactions and safety.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and external professionals to coordinate care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, incidents, and relevant observations.
- Ensure a safe, clean,



and engaging environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and communication methods as needed.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children or youth in educational, healthcare, or community settings is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Background in teaching or related educational roles is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships are essential.
