Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic Head Chef for our pub in Kamloops.

This is an excellent, high-level opportunity for someone looking for an interesting executive position which includes overseeing our daily restaurant operations and developing our commissary kitchen components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage costs, drive sales, create systems and execute strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Oversee the kitchen for a 160-seat restaurant
- Menu creation with new seasonal ideas
- Supervise, delegate and schedule of kitchen staff
- Adhere to established hiring process and staff evaluation
- Inventory control
- Ensuring complete adherence to Health and Safety practices

- An understanding of Cost of Sales and their relation to the business (food costs and labour costs)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $47,992.60-$75,000.00 per year
